Kathleen Boardman

Description

Kathleen Boardman earned her Ph.D. in Rhetoric and Composition at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and is currently a member of the English Department and Associate Dean in the college of Liberal Arts at the University of Nevada-Reno. Her areas of specialty include composition and rhetoric, teaching of writing, feminist rhetoric, Autobiography/Life Writing, and Western American Literature. Recent notable publications include: On Western Subjects: Autobiographical Writing in the North American West, Co-edited with Gioia Woods (2004), and “Experiencing Collaborative Autobiography” in Teaching Life Writing, MLA Options in Teaching Series (2006).
